- お支払い： サイト内で事前決済を行います。

ご予約からご返却までの連絡・お問い合わせは基本LINEにて行います。

ステップ3：貸出（ご出発）
ご予約時に選択されたいずれかの方法で、車両をお引き渡しいたします。
- 無料送迎（行き）
空港→営業所間の定刻制シャトルバスをご利用ください。
時間：毎時00分に那覇空港出発（運行時間9:00-19:00）
場所：那覇空港レンタカー送迎バスのりば【11-B】
⚠️お時間になりましたら出発いたしますので余裕を持ってお越しください。
- デリバリー（お届け）オプション
事前に指定いただいた時間・場所へお届けします。

- 免許証の掲示： 現地にて運転される方全員の免許証をご提示ください。
- 注意事項案内： レンタルのルールやトラブル時の対応についてご案内します。
ステップ5：ご返却
ご予約時に選択されたいすれかの方法で、車両をご返却ください。
- 無料送迎（帰り）
営業所→空港間の定刻制シャトルバスをご利用ください。
燃料満タン給油後、10分前には第二駐車場へご到着ください。
時間：毎時30分に営業所出発（運行時間9:30-18:30）
場所：HANDYMAN第二駐車場（詳細はこちら）
⚠️お時間になりましたら出発いたしますので余裕を持ってお越しください。
- デリバリー（回収） オプション
事前に指定いただいた時間・場所へ回収に伺います。

Step 1: Reservation
Please complete your reservation on the booking website.
- Select your desired dates and vehicle type.
- Select your options.
- Pick-up information: Enter the pick-up method, time, and location.
- Return information: Enter the return method, time, and location.
- Rental agreement: Agree to the Terms of Use (rental terms and conditions).
- Payment: Pay in advance on the website.
Step 2: Add Our Official LINE Account as a Friend
All communication and inquiries from your reservation until the return of the vehicle are generally handled via LINE.
Please add our official LINE account as a friend and fill out the reception form by 19:00, 3 days before your pick-up date.

Step 3: Pick-up (Departure)
We will hand over the vehicle using the method you selected when making your reservation.
- Free shuttle (outbound)
Please use our scheduled shuttle bus from the airport to our office.
Time: Departs Naha Airport at the top of every hour (:00) (operating hours 9:00-19:00)
Location: Naha Airport Rental Car Shuttle Bus Stop [11-B]
⚠️The bus departs on schedule, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- Delivery option
We will deliver the vehicle to the time and location you specified in advance.
Time: 9:00-19:00
Location: Limited to Naha City and Tomigusuku City
⚠️Naha Airport is not available due to local ordinance. Please consider Akamine Station, one stop from the airport station.
- Direct visit (no shuttle)
Please come directly to the HANDYMAN Second Parking Lot.

Step 4: Check-in
- Present driver's licenses: Please present the driver's licenses of everyone who will drive, on site.
- Important information: We will explain the rental rules and what to do in case of trouble.
Step 5: Return
Please return the vehicle using the method you selected when making your reservation.
- Free shuttle (return trip)
Please use our scheduled shuttle bus from our office to the airport.
After filling up the fuel tank, please arrive at the Second Parking Lot at least 10 minutes before departure.
Time: Departs our office at 30 minutes past every hour (operating hours 9:30-18:30)

⚠️The bus departs on schedule, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- Delivery (collection) option
We will come to collect the vehicle at the time and location you specified in advance.
After filling up the fuel tank, please notify us via LINE when you arrive at the return location.

Location: Limited to Naha City and Tomigusuku City

從預約到還車期間的聯絡與詢問，原則上皆透過LINE進行。

- 免費接送（去程）
請搭乘機場→營業所之間的定時接駁巴士。
時間：每小時整點（00分）自那霸機場出發（運行時間9:00-19:00）
地點：那霸機場租車接駁巴士乘車處【11-B】
⚠️巴士將準時出發，請預留充裕時間前往。
- 送車到府（外送）選項
我們將於您事先指定的時間、地點送達車輛。
時間：9:00-19:00
地點：僅限那霸市・豐見城市內
⚠️依條例規定，那霸機場無法交車。建議考慮距機場站1站的赤嶺站。
- 直接到店（無接送）
請直接前往HANDYMAN第二停車場。
時間：9:00-19:00

步驟4：辦理手續
- 出示駕照：請於現場出示所有駕駛人的駕照。
- 注意事項說明：我們將說明租車規則及發生問題時的處理方式。
步驟5：還車
請依您預約時所選擇的方式歸還車輛。
- 免費接送（回程）
請搭乘營業所→機場之間的定時接駁巴士。
請將油箱加滿後，於發車10分鐘前抵達第二停車場。
時間：每小時30分自營業所出發（運行時間9:30-18:30）
地點：HANDYMAN第二停車場（詳情請見此處）
⚠️巴士將準時出發，請預留充裕時間前往。
- 到府取車（回收）選項
我們將於您事先指定的時間、地點前往回收車輛。
請將油箱加滿後，抵達還車地點時透過LINE通知我們。
時間：9:00-19:00
地點：僅限那霸市・豐見城市內
⚠️依條例規定，那霸機場無法還車。建議考慮距機場站1站的赤嶺站。
- 僅還車（無接送）
請將油箱加滿後，直接將車輛歸還至HANDYMAN第二停車場。
